TUE LOWER BODY

rollout
mobility drills
quick warm up circuit

squat
worked up to a raw single @545

put on briefs(this took a while and i was pretty winded so i took a break)
worked up to a double @655

this whole session probably took about an hour to complete. not only that but I was really tired.
so i finished off with:

glute ham bwt. x 20
45 degree back ext. x 20 @25#
plevic tilts x30
suitcase dead lifts x 10
layed on the ground with a huge low back pump (1 x failure)
